Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Foreign Exchange Trader to join our trading desk. This role is suited to individuals with a strong interest in global markets, currencies, and macroeconomic trends. You will be responsible for analysing currency movements, generating trade ideas, and managing allocated capital within defined risk parameters. This is a performance-driven role offering both a competitive base salary and a profit-linked bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse major and minor FX pairs using technical and fundamental methods
- Monitor global macroeconomic developments, central bank policy, and geopolitical risk
- Execute trades in line with defined risk management guidelines
- Maintain detailed trading journals and performance logs
- Track exposure, drawdown, and risk-adjusted returns
- Participate in daily market briefings and weekly performance reviews
- Contribute to improving trading frameworks and strategy refinement
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in financial markets, particularly currencies
- Understanding of trading concepts such as leverage, risk-reward ratios, and position sizing
- Ability to interpret price action and economic data
- Analytical mindset and disciplined approach to risk management
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Previous trading experience is beneficial but not mandatory for candidates who demonstrate strong analytical ability and market understanding.
