Role Description
The Pharmacy Program Coordinator - Specialty Pharmacy at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA leads excellence in our growing specialty pharmacy program. The role emphasizes development and implementation of pharmacy services that drive clinical, operational, financial, safety, and regulatory performance. This includes a focus on specialty and ambulatory pharmacy analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pharmacy services aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Apply data-driven methodologies to improve specialty pharmacy operations.
- Monitor payer formulary, access changes, and quality outcomes.
- Perform financial reporting including revenue and cost-savings analyses.
- Manage data reporting to third parties (accreditation bodies, drug manufacturers, payers, contract pharmacies).

Qualifications
Graduate degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy (Post Graduate Year PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency or Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership residency) and a California Pharmacist license are required. A minimum of 2-year experience in an outpatient pharmacy setting is needed, with specialty pharmacy experience preferred. Candidates should possess strong analytical, project management, communication, and fiscal management skills.
