Position Summary

The Senior Data Quality Analyst at Cedar Gate Technologies Inc plays a crucial role on the Data Quality Team, leading quality assurance initiatives across the data lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and enforce data quality standards and procedures.
  • Champion data governance initiatives by collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Design and deliver training on data quality ratings and improvement strategies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues and enforce corrective actions.
  • Review and analyze requirements to identify data quality risks.
  • Assist in establishing strategic data QA priorities and monitoring deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive, risk-based Data QA Test Plans.
  • Prepare and execute advanced data validation test cases/scripts.
  • Lead data QA projects and report on key data quality metrics.

Job Location

This role is hybrid remote with in-office collaboration three days a week in Burlington, Massachusetts. Note: Relocation assistance is not provided.

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • At least three years of US healthcare claims data quality analysis.
  • Over 5 years (preferably more than 8 years) of professional experience in the US healthcare provider domain.
  • Experience with big data in an enterprise data warehouse environment.
  • Proven background in data processing best practices and identifying risks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience with JetStore, File Mapping, and Scrub engines.
  • Mentorship and training experience.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, AWS, Redshift, Snowflake, and SQL for QA analysis.
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferences – Not Required

  • Client-facing experience and company representation skills.
  • Knowledge of HEDIS, HCC, and similar programs.
  • Experience managing data teams or evidence of leadership progression.
