Job Overview
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner role within the Technical Services Unit (TSU) provides strategic HR leadership, working closely with the Director of HR Business Partners. In this role, you will drive initiatives that include talent initiatives, employee relations, compensation, training, and overall HR program alignment with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR leadership to managers and employees.
- Administer HR functions such as employment, compensation, benefits and employee relations.
- Collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning and succession strategies.
- Advise on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy compliance.
- Lead and contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related experience. Preferred: Minimum of 2 years in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles, ideally in the AEC industry. Domestic/international travel required up to 20%.
