General Summary

The Implementation Manager is accountable for the successful execution of client accounts. As a strategic operations partner to the sales team, this role supports pre-sales activities and oversees project planning from contracting to program close.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts ensuring exceptional experience
  • Set strategic direction and execute large-scale projects globally
  • Monitor project risks and secure resourcing for project phases
  • Develop implementation plans and manage stakeholders' communication
  • Oversee project closing activities including financial reconciliation

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Exceptional communication and client management abilities
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience with Microsoft suite and virtual meeting platforms
  • PMP or PgMP certifications preferred

Pay & Benefits

Salary range is $63,281 - $73,281 with competitive benefits including 403(b), medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, paid time off, and more.
