General Summary
The Implementation Manager is accountable for the successful execution of client accounts. As a strategic operations partner to the sales team, this role supports pre-sales activities and oversees project planning from contracting to program close.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts ensuring exceptional experience
- Set strategic direction and execute large-scale projects globally
- Monitor project risks and secure resourcing for project phases
- Develop implementation plans and manage stakeholders' communication
- Oversee project closing activities including financial reconciliation
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong project and program management skills
- Exceptional communication and client management abilities
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience with Microsoft suite and virtual meeting platforms
- PMP or PgMP certifications preferred
Pay & Benefits
Salary range is $63,281 - $73,281 with competitive benefits including 403(b), medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, paid time off, and more.
