About The Role
CBRE is seeking a Transaction Analyst to support a leading-edge, globally recognized technology client. This remote US position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented commercial real estate professional ready for groundbreaking innovation.
What You’ll Do
As a Transaction Analyst, you will:
- Manage, monitor, and report monthly on lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements and increases.
- Track lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and assignments.
- Support local transaction implementation and facilitate closeout processes.
- Provide transactional financial breakdowns and assist in lease negotiations and administration.
- Administer quality assurance programs, customer satisfaction surveys, KPIs, and transaction scorecards.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience and education. Experience in commercial real estate transactions, financial analysis, modeling, and reporting is a plus. You should have strong financial and organizational skills and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Compensation & Application Window
The minimum salary for this role is $80,000 and the maximum is $120,000 annually, with potential bonuses based on performance. The application window is anticipated to close on 12/5/25 and may be extended.
