About The Role
As a CBRE Finance Sr. Manager, you will lead a team responsible for producing all output associated with Finance Strategy and Operations. This includes annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, management reporting, and special projects. You will also maintain accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.
What You’ll Do
- Provide formal supervision, training, and development of staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations, mentor team members, and drive recruitment.
- Coordinate daily activities, set work schedules, and track deadlines.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting processes.
- Approve financial reports, journal entries, and produce sophisticated financial analyses.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Lead special projects and prepare management presentations.
- Exchange complex information and influence decision-making across teams.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of proven experience (or equivalent education and experience).
- Leadership skills in staffing, mentoring, and team development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills and analytical ability in financial calculations.
