About The Role

As a Senior Transaction Manager at CBRE, you will manage real estate transaction activities for a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is part of the Brokerage job family, focusing on buying, selling, and leasing industrial, office, retail, and other commercial properties on behalf of clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
  • Develop real estate plans aligned with clients’ strategic goals.
  • Manage lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and surplus space disposition.
  • Act as both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent for high-profile clients.
  • Negotiate terms on sales, leases, and amendments while coordinating with field brokers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate service lines.
  • Track transactions and prepare commissions, forecasts, vouchers, and accounts.
  • Contribute to new processes, standards, and operational plans.
  • Coach teams and lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience.
  • Real Estate salesperson license required.
  • Advanced problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong mathematical skills for financial calculations.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
