About The Role
As a CBRE Property Management Manager, you will provide routine services and support for 77 client properties in a remote setting with a preference for candidates based in Atlanta, GA. The schedule is Monday-Friday during standard business hours.
What You’ll Do
- Rent Collection: Invoice and collect monthly rents along with utilities and CAM charges.
- Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records per property and tenant.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports including income statements and balance sheets.
- Funds Management: Coordinate operating accounts and reserve funds ensuring reconciliation.
- Budgeting: Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts to support planning.
- Tenant Screening & Lease Administration: Evaluate tenants and manage lease agreements and renewals.
- Tenant Relations & Lease Enforcement: Act as main contact and ensure lease compliance.
- Maintenance & Emergency Repairs: Schedule routine inspections and address urgent issues.
- Vendor Management: Source and manage service providers for quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain records and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Insurance Coordination & Reporting: Handle insurance policies and deliver dashboard reporting integrating data analytics and AI.
- Review Meetings & Responsiveness: Lead performance review meetings and address owner inquiries promptly.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of experience, or a combination of education and experience. Strong leadership, in-depth Microsoft Office proficiency, and excellent interpersonal skills are required.

Compensation is determined by education, training, and experience, with a minimum of 90,000 and maximum of 100,000 annually plus bonus eligibility.
