About the role

Project Support Coordinator

CBRE is seeking an experienced Project Support Coordinator to join their team. This role provides crucial administrative support to the Project Team, ensuring efficient management of project directories, filing systems, and GDrive access. The successful candidate will also contribute to general project support, vendor management, procurement processes, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project and General Support: Maintain key internal systems including Tririga, Oracle, GDrive, and Procore. Coordinate communication between departments and assist with onboarding new team members and consultants.
  • Vendor Management and Payment: Oversee Purchase Order (PO) requests, approvals, and payments. Track and expedite invoice approvals to prevent delays and manage Accounts Payable requests.
  • Procurement: Manage the process for setting up new suppliers. Raise POs according to company procedures and vendor instructions, and diligently check vendor documentation.
  • Cost Management: Update PO Receipts in Oracle and manage cost consultants' Cost Reports. Reconcile Cost Reports with invoice logs and US 'Spend Report'.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other reasonable duties as requested by the Senior Commercial Manager.
