Job Description
Program Manager
CBRE is seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee program management services within an assigned market or client account, driving the company's strategic business objectives. This role is a key part of the Program Management function, responsible for the creation and delivery of major company initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project timelines, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement organizational processes and procedures.
- Analyze business requirements from multiple sources to ensure consistency and resolve cross-initiative dependencies.
- Guide small to medium cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using formal processes.
- Facilitate the development of charters and integrated timelines, ensuring projects stay on schedule and issues are resolved or escalated.
- Lead regular project status review meetings.
- Partner with the core team to develop solutions and manage project teams through implementation.
- Present routine status reports and updated Gantt charts.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Coach colleagues and share expertise across job disciplines.
- Lead by example, embodying CBRE RISE values, and foster consensus among stakeholders.
- Influence customer, operational, project, or service activities within your team and related teams.
- Operate within broad guidelines and policies, and explain difficult or sensitive information effectively.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent experience) with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- LEED AP, PMP, or CMM preferred.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources.
- Openness to new perspectives on existing solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
- Sophisticated math skills for financial calculations.
- Required: Expertise in Building Management Systems.
- Required: HVAC Engineer experience.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Compensation
The minimum salary for this position is $100,000 annually and the maximum is $115,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available.
