About The Role
As a CBRE Occupancy Planner, you will provide space planning, data mining, reporting, and interpretation of space planning metrics for a healthcare sector client's needs. This position is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function responsible for space design, construction, and moving services.
What You’ll Do
- Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations.
- Create block/stack plans and move lists.
- Produce drawings and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.
- Collaborate to gain business intelligence on move and relocation execution.
- Attend meetings, draft minutes, and secure approvals.
- Participate in space walks to validate occupancy metrics.
- Maintain occupancy data within the record system.
- Prepare forecasts and evaluate space planning trends.
- Conduct client interviews to synthesize project requirements.
- Partner with vendors and project management for code and permit investigations.
- Facilitate post-occupancy reviews to ensure deliverables met expectations.
- Adhere to standard principles and procedures with limited practical experience.
- Exemplify CBRE RISE values in work and behavior.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED, or Facilities Management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and intermediate math skills.

Disclaimer
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Compensation is determined by education, training, and experience with a minimum salary of 70,000 and a maximum of 85,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus.
