Job Summary
The Lease Administration Sr Manager manages delivery of contracted lease administration services for several client teams, a significant off-site portfolio or a regional office serving a large number of accounts. The role is responsible for establishing, implementing and monitoring processes to produce timely and accurate client reports and services while managing all aspects of the client relationship.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise portfolio administration services staff.
- Collaborate with Manager to set performance objectives.
- Promote a team environment and empower direct reports.
- Implement process improvement initiatives and training.
- Establish audit and implementation SWAT teams.
- Review leased and owned portfolios for risk, audit findings, accuracy and value.
- Prepare detailed client correspondence regarding audit findings.
- Assist in RFP preparation and delivery for clients.
- Participate in corporate services meetings and annual reviews.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Provides formal supervision by recruiting, training, and mentoring staff. Approves recommendations regarding recruitment, promotions, and performance appraisals and monitors staffing levels and labor utilization.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Real Estate plus minimum 10 years of commercial real estate experience is required. Experience in property management or real estate accounting is preferred.

The role requires excellent comprehension, analytical, and presentation skills. It demands advanced financial knowledge to calculate complex figures, forecast, prepare budgets, and conduct financial/business analysis.
Reasoning Ability and Other Skills
Candidates must excel in problem solving, analytical thinking, and leveraging technology including Microsoft Office Suite and related software. In-depth understanding of lease administration functions is essential.
