CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in mass recruitment to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role with real impact, offering professional growth in a serious, well-established organization.
This is a full-time position based at the company's offices in Bnei Brak, Israel. A hybrid work option will be offered following an initial onboarding period.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end mass recruitment processes for technical service and operational roles.
- Manage high hiring volumes while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Work independently and proactively with internal stakeholders.
- Develop new sourcing and recruitment channels.
- Support recruitment reporting, tracking, and employer branding activities.
What You Will Deliver
- A high-quality candidate pipeline.
- An exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Clear and analyzable records in CBRE global ATS.
- Ongoing integration and engagement of hiring managers as active participants of the hiring process.
What You'll Need
- At least 2 years of proven experience in mass recruitment (e.g., production, logistics, cleaning, technical service roles).
- Good command of English - mandatory.
- Strong Excel skills - mandatory.
- Canva proficiency - an advantage.
- High level of independence, accountability, and process ownership.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
