For our Investor Leasing Team in Aarhus/Trekantsområdet, we are looking for an Associate Director, Industrial & Logistics Leasing Broker. The Industrial & Logistics (I&L) segment has experienced significant growth in recent years and has become one of the preferred real estate segments among international property players.

You preferably have experience and interest in leasing properties within I&L and wish to contribute to further growing this area. The Role

As an Associate Director, Industrial & Logistics Leasing Broker in Aarhus/Trekantsområdet, we are looking for a candidate to join an ambitious and dynamic team consisting of both ambitious young professionals and the industry's most experienced employees. The I&L Investor Leasing team specializes in leasing I&L properties and often assists international logistics investors with advice on project planning, remodeling, and renovations of properties to adapt them to the Danish market and optimize them from a value perspective.

You will be employed as an I&L leasing broker based at our office in Aarhus. In this position, you will report to Director, Andreas Simonsen, who is responsible for I&L Investor Leasing in Denmark. You will also have a great opportunity to work and collaborate with other team members and across other service lines, ensuring a steep learning curve.

At CBRE, we work specifically within I&L Investor Leasing and Capital Markets as one integrated unit, as there are significant overlaps and synergies in knowledge sharing and serving clients as users, developers, and investors.

• Proactive activities in the leasing of I&L properties and associated offices
• Commissioning of leasing cases and user properties
• Leasing of commissioned properties
• Conducting viewings and client dialogue
• Leading negotiations with clients, tenants, users, advisors, authorities, etc.
• Managing client contact, including reporting, status meetings, etc.
• Case management and reporting, as well as drafting lease agreements and purchase agreements
• Gathering information on potential tenants/users and rental properties/properties
• Continuously seeking and cultivating networks and relevant market players
• Contributing to building bridges between CBRE departments and offices

Your Profile

The ideal candidate is an outgoing, dynamic, and energetic person, preferably with experience in the industry and relatively self-driven. Perhaps you are a financial economist, HD graduate, real estate agent/chartered valuer, freight forwarder, or have another relevant background in the Industrial and Logistics industry.

A few monthly workdays at the Copenhagen office for client meetings may also be required. It is expected that you have your own car, as there will be a lot of driving in connection with viewings.
