The Mission

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Cloud Software Engineer to join our Cloud Native Applications team. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, architects, sales, and project managers to deliver innovative AWS solutions for a forward-thinking customer base.

Your Assignment

  • Collaborate with Architects and Engineering Managers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Understand client requirements to build solutions from project backlogs.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and demos.
  • Write production-ready, well-tested, and documented code.
  • Contribute to building infrastructure, data pipelines, or application components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and staging environments.
  • Participate in code reviews and share knowledge.
  • Embody Caylent’s values of curiosity, partnership, and continuous learning.

Your Qualifications

Core Consulting Qualifications: Focused on delivering exceptional client experiences, strong collaboration, and clear communication.

Technical Qualifications: Expertise in AWS cloud services, proficient in Python and/or Java, strong background in modern application development, CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with Generative AI and automation.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in client-facing roles, consulting, testing, UI/UX, and a degree in IT or related fields.
