Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast department goals and manage an annual operating budget
  • Collaborate with department managers to ensure teamwork and cooperation
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales employees
  • Set scheduling, training sessions, and assist in closing deals
  • Follow up on leads and increase ROI on online marketing
  • Assist with advertising campaigns and promotions
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Must pass MVR, background check, and drug test
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership in a high performing sales team
  • Experience in Finance & Insurance (F&I) required
  • Ability to provide references upon request
