About the Role

Cause Strategy Partners is seeking a passionate and mission-driven Program Specialist to join their team. This part-time, remote role will support high-impact nonprofit board placement, training, and support, working closely with the Lead, Strategic Initiatives. The Program Specialist will provide critical data management, analysis, and research support for various programs including BoardLead, EDPA, Alexandra Hallock Grant, Concierge, and training initiatives. This role also offers the opportunity to support external relationship building and contribute to systems and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & CRM Support: Assist with BoardLead CRM implementation, data consolidation, auditing for accuracy, and maintaining organizational data.
  • EDPA Pilot Collaboration: Support the Lead, Strategic Initiatives in ensuring a successful EDPA pilot by encouraging survey responses, managing data, and building reports.
  • Evaluation & Impact Measurement: Consolidate, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, ensure data integrity, and support the building of reports to identify trends and impact.
  • Program Development & Support: Conduct research on nonprofits, partners, and markets; process nonprofit nominations; and support the development of training materials.
  • Nonprofit Outreach & Selection: Conduct outreach calls and emails, manage nonprofit communications, review applications, conduct interviews, and participate in selection processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Document and share feedback on program and service design, implementation, and outcomes to foster continuous learning.
  • Team Collaboration: Support ongoing internal and external engagements in partnership with the Cause Strategy Partners team.

  • This is a remote role.
  • The Program Specialist will use their own computer, phone, and other necessary technology.

Compensation

$22-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Hiring Process
