Role Overview

As the Product Manager - Information Systems at Cato Networks, you will own the product vision and roadmap of solutions designed to empower employees, partners, and customers, streamline processes, and accelerate scale.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a shared vision for IS products across the company in collaboration with cross-functional teams (R&D, IS, Logistics, Business Operations, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership).
  • Define business and partner-related product strategies alongside key internal stakeholders.
  • Gather requirements and perform feature discovery with internal teams, channel partners, and customers.
  • Prioritize and make critical decisions regarding features to align with business requirements.
  • Break down strategic product goals into actionable epics and user stories and oversee execution with both internal development teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B product management experience in an enterprise software company.
  • Experience working with Information Systems teams is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and customer journey, including pricing, quoting, and post-sale processes.
  • Experience with partners and channels and their role in business operations and sales.
  • Technical background with 4+ years in roles like software developer, product owner, system or security engineer, professional services engineer, or senior support engineer.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, communicate effectively, and influence cross-functional teams.
