Customer Success Engineer at Cato Networks

Job Overview

As a Cato Professional Services Customer Success Engineer, you will be a trusted advisor guiding strategic customers through the lifecycle of their Cato SASE implementation. You will provide technical guidance, ensure optimal performance, drive new product adoption and maintain best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain expert-level proficiency in Cato product implementations.
  • Develop strong consultative relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Assist customers with configuration and implementation of Cato SASE services.
  • Provide ongoing guidance on product updates and new features.
  • Coordinate enablement efforts with different IT departments and partners.
  • Facilitate support tickets and troubleshoot platform issues.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Success teams to drive best practices.
  • Identify potential account growth opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to product, support, and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-vendor IT infrastructure environments.
  • Hands-on experience in network routing and switching and expertise in at least one domain like Firewalls, Secure Web Gateway, or Identity Management.
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role within high-tech software or technology vendor environments.
  • Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure security implementations and public cloud service providers.
  • Exposure to web-based APIs and scripting languages.
  • Excellent customer interaction, presentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced, and geographically distributed team.
  • Industry-recognized certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, or CISSP are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer and company meetings.
  • Fluency in English and effective communication skills across diverse regions.
