Opportunity

This role offers you the opportunity to generate significant seven-digit revenues in the UK market by closing high-value new customer wins and leading a team of Sales Directors. As part of a global sales organization targeting market leadership, you will work collaboratively to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Directors to achieve quotas.
  • Run full sales cycle processes including quoting, negotiating, and closing complex deals.
  • Monitor daily/weekly activities, pipelines, and forecasts ensuring above-quota results.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one and team pipeline reviews, mentoring, and training sessions.
  • Develop corporate scorecards to maintain sales productivity standards.
  • Attract, hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
  • Act as a change agent defining new models and business processes.
  • Collaborate with Presales, Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ensure customer success and enduring relationships.

Requirements

  • Senior sales experience with strong leadership and management track record.
  • Over 10 years of field and remote sales experience with proven quota over-achievement.
  • Experience in B2B sales for Networking and/or Security solutions.
  • Ability to sell to C-Level and technical buyers in enterprise settings.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing an individual contributor sales team.
  • Channel recruitment and enablement with a track record of channel sales success.
  • Accurate sales forecasting and strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
  • Experience in selling cloud-based solutions is an advantage.
