Shift: Evenings and Nights (7p - 7a) with Weekend and Holiday Rotation
Status: Part Time with Benefits (FTE: 0.613333)
Salary: 17.40-22.13 USD hourly
Summary
The Nurse Assistant 2 West ensures a clean, safe environment and helps meet the personal and comfort needs of patients by providing non-professional services and assisting in patient care activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist professional caregivers in patient care activities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and neat environment.
- Follow hospital policies, care standards, and procedures.
- Participate in the THRIVE program for education and coaching.
Skill and Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Completion of an accredited course for nursing assistance is preferred.
- Previous Nurse Assistant experience is preferred.
Special Physical Requirements
Physical activities include balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and performing repetitive motions.
