Overview
The Program Coordinator and Data Analyst at Catholic Charities of Central Florida Inc is responsible for coordinating the Family Stability Program data collection and analysis processes. This role interfaces with case managers, the FSP Program Director, and external providers to ensure accurate data is collected and reported, supporting quality indicators and invoicing procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee case manager data collection for provider invoicing.
- Perform regular data quality checks and cross-reference reports in Excel.
- Facilitate FSP-PQI meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Maintain administrative records, provider logs, and community contacts via SharePoint.
- Engage with FSP volunteers and assist with internal communications using PowerPoint and other software.
Software and Tools
The role requires proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, Charity Tracker, HMIS, Adystech, and other office applications.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years in an office environment), is detail oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently and as part of a team.
