Role Introduction

The Data Insights Executive supports the Business Insights & Analytics Manager and Senior Data Insights Analysts in analyzing, implementing, and managing performance for market and regional sales programs. You will work across Corporate, Agency, and Digital sales channels to drive revenue across diverse customer segments using various data analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Planning: Consolidate local market intelligence, support sales teams, and develop plans to win deals.
  • Analytics Champion: Utilize in-house and external data analytical tools to develop reports and provide actionable insights, track campaign performance, and drive data adoption.
  • Pricing and Fare Filing: Plan campaigns, analyze local market corporate discount parameters, manage fare communications and provide fare filing support.
  • E&A Responsibility: Participate in Emergency, Accident, and Crisis Response as required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a university degree, strong numeric and statistical analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Suite. Experience with airline/travel management systems (e.g., DDS, MIDT, PRISM) and analytical tools (e.g., QlikSense, Tableau, QlikView) is preferred, with airline industry experience being an advantage.
