Job Responsibilities
- Own and maintain a single, prioritized product backlog aligned with business goals.
- Ensure clarity of features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and dependencies.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning and review sessions with agile teams.
- Monitor sprint progress, resolve blockers, and validate deliverables against the Definition of Done.
- Build alignment with key stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Track product performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Make data informed decisions using customer feedback, usage analytics and business metrics.
- Identify risks, dependencies and trade offs and proactively drive resolution.
- Continuously improving product processes and ways of working.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5-8+ years in product management
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the product, market, and user base.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Agile Methodology: In-depth knowledge of Scrum or other Agile frameworks.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and market trends to prioritize the product backlog efficiently
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related fields from top tier colleges. An MBA or Master’s in Product Management is considered a plus.
