Job Description

Key Responsibilities

RPA Solution Development (Automation Anywhere)
  • Design, build, and maintain Automation Anywhere bots (TaskBots, MetaBots, and IQ Bots) using Bot Creator and Control Room.
  • Develop attended and unattended automations, following enterprise RPA design standards and best practices.
  • Implement reusable components and modular bot architecture to improve scalability and maintainability.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution prior to production deployment.
Process Automation & Business Alignment
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities across Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Master Data, and Supply Chain operations.
  • Translate functional requirements into robust RPA workflows with strong exception handling and logging.
  • Automate interactions with web applications, ERP systems, Excel, emails, PDFs, and enterprise tools using Automation Anywhere capabilities.
Bot Operations & Support
  • Deploy, schedule, and monitor bots via the Automation Anywhere Control Room.
  • Support production bots, troubleshoot failures, and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Implement enhancements and optimizations to improve bot performance and reliability.
  • Ensure smooth transition to hypercare and long-term support after go-live.
Governance, Security & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with RPA CoE standards, SDLC requirements, security controls, and audit guidelines.
  • Follow enterprise credential management, access controls, and documentation practices.
  • Support audits by providing bot design documents, test evidence, and deployment artifacts.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborate with Automation Supervisors, Solution Architects, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and RPA capability building initiatives.
  • Continuously upskill on Automation Anywhere platform features, including IQ Bot and intelligent automation capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere: minimum 5 years to maximum 10 years.
  • Strong knowledge of: TaskBots, MetaBots, IQ Bots; Control Room deployment and scheduling; Exception handling, logging, and error recovery.
  • Experience automating Excel, web applications, emails, PDFs, and ERP systems.
Domain & Business Skills
  • Understanding of Supply Chain and Procurement processes is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into automation logic.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
