Program Overview
The IT Analyst Applications role offers recent graduates an opportunity to join our IT Development Program (ITDP). Over three years and multiple 12-18 month projects, you will diversify your technical skills while building a robust professional network.
Key Responsibilities & Teams
- Engage in technical analysis and forecasting.
- Work with hardware and systems software infrastructure.
- Design and execute system testing strategies.
- Create technical documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with teams such as Infrastructure Services, Database Applications, Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, Governance & Knowledge Management, Embedded Software Development, and Collaboration Services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Cybersecurity (graduation between December 2023 and December 2025). Advanced English proficiency is required.
Technical expertise includes analysis, systems architecture, testing, and documentation. The position values candidates who set priorities and can manage their duties independently. Postgraduate degrees and relevant internships are a plus.
Work Arrangement & Benefits
This is an onsite position with benefits including medical and dental plans, pension, profit share, meal assistance, transportation, and more. Applicants must work onsite five days a week.
