Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior Management as a strategic advisor.

  • Oversee payroll management for Singapore ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Coach leaders on HR practices including performance, compensation, and benefits.
  • Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications and Required Skills

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, deep knowledge of organizational functions, and effective decision making and critical thinking skills. Expertise in influencing, data gathering, reporting, and employee relations is essential. You will need to be adept at upholding HR policies, procedures and driving talent management across the region.
