Deputy CFO Finance Manager

About the Role

Catalyst Investments is seeking a dynamic Deputy CFO / Finance Manager to manage the financial operations of Catalyst Investments, Cukierman & Co. Investment House, and Catalyst Investors' Club. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and grow beyond traditional controllership.

What You'll Do

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for multiple group entities.
• Produce ongoing financial reports for management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and Budget vs. Actual analysis.
• Oversee accounting processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage tax reporting and statutory filings, interfacing with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Support cross-entity transactions and group-level financial activity.
• Take a hands-on role in the financial activities of our group's startup, including fundraising.

What We're Looking For

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is mandatory.
• 2–4 years of post-internship experience; Big 4 background and/or prior Controller experience are advantageous.
• Solid working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Israeli GAAP.
• Fluent Hebrew and English (written and verbal); over 85% of the work is in English.
• Strong analytical skills and a broad financial perspective.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills being essential.
