Project Finance Analyst - Site Payments

As a Project Finance Analyst - Site Payments you are a key member of the Project Finance Team at Catalyst Clinical Research. You will analyze, coordinate and present critical components vital to Catalyst’s Site Payment service. You will collaborate with Catalyst’s core Site Payment vendors and Development Operations to deliver excellent service, timely payments and world-class internal and external reporting.

Position Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Analyze funding requests and record them in study specific files.
  • Verify funding availability and cross-reference accounting software for client payments.
  • Respond to sites regarding remittance for payments.
  • Support standardization and regular reporting of department metrics.
  • Perform revenue reconciliation within the CAIR ERP system.
  • Create and maintain study accrual and forecasting files.
  • Follow up with delinquent sites for invoice submission.
  • Conduct ad hoc reconciliations and financial projections as needed.

Position Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in operational/project finance or systems analyst role.
  • Background in Clinical Research is preferred.
