Your Daily Responsibilities:

As a member of the Store Management Committee, you will actively participate in improving the economic and commercial performance of the store. To do this, you will:

• Pilot and analyze various management indicators: margin, operating income, markdown rate, stock turnover...
• Optimize store profitability by developing high-performance management tools: forecast budgets, reporting...
• Ensure the correct application of administrative and management procedures, fund security, and logistical organization.
• Lead action plans developed following national audits to improve store results and customer satisfaction.
• Develop the skills and performance of each employee: you will recruit, train, and value talent.

• Your Bac+4/5 training in commerce/management and your first successful experience in the same field.
