What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of an AI-powered loan origination platform at Tier 1 banks.
  • Design and execute project strategies navigating regulatory requirements and legacy integrations.
  • Build scalable implementation methodologies advancing banking industry expansion.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, bank stakeholders, and regulators.
  • Establish project management excellence for fintech-bank partnerships.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years management consulting or project leadership experience.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale software or implementation projects ($5M+).
  • Industry experience in financial services.
  • Strong cross-functional team leadership and outstanding communication skills.
