Job Description

Operations Manager Client Relations

En Casa Mediterránea Inmobiliaria, buscamos un/a Gestor/a de Operaciones (Contacto con nuestros clientes) apasionado/a y proactivo/a. En este puesto, serás responsable de garantizar una excelente experiencia para nuestros clientes, gestionando sus necesidades y coordinando operaciones diarias. Entre tus tareas estarán la comunicación directa con clientes, seguimiento de procesos y coordinación con el equipo interno.

Responsibilities

  • Direct communication with clients.
  • Process tracking and internal team coordination.
  • Ensuring an excellent client experience.
  • Managing client needs and daily operations.
  • Availability for visits and emergencies.
  • Maintenance of vacation apartments.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing client relationships and resolving inquiries with a service-oriented approach.
  • Organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain an effective and trusting relationship with clients.
  • Valuable experience in real estate, computer tool management, and knowledge of the local market.
  • A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to work in a team will be a plus.

Work Schedule

9 AM to 2 PM.
