Cartwheel, an early-stage company building a new kind of mental health program for kids, is seeking a Business Operations Associate. This role supports school staff by leading clinical and operational projects that improve patient intake, scheduling efficiency, and overall quality of care.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead clinical and operational projects including patient intake and scheduling efficiency initiatives.
- Drive strategic initiatives such as new service lines, strategic partnerships, and state expansions.
- Support the Clinical Care team by evaluating needs, running analyses, and implementing performance-improving initiatives.
- Flex into roles like executive support, financial modeling, business case development, and capacity modelling.
Who You Are
- 2-3+ years in management consulting or strategic operations in a healthcare startup.
- Experienced in analytics using SQL, Google Sheets, Looker, and dashboard troubleshooting.
- Skilled in business case and financial modeling.
- Proficient in project management using tools like Asana.
- Detail-oriented and capable of manual data calculations if needed.
