About the Role
The Vice President of Brand Strategy & Planning at Cartier North America plays a critical leadership role, providing strategic direction and support. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this position leads the development and execution of key regional brand strategies while elevating data-based insights and decision making across all Marketing and Communications topics.
Main Responsibilities
This role oversees two core teams: the Strategic Planning team, which supports brand strategy and coordinates strategic projects, and the Brand Performance team, which manages transformation, data analysis, and MarCom budget supervision.
- Partner with the CMO to design and activate the regional brand strategy.
- Lead the North America Market Action Plan from concept to implementation.
- Develop holistic communication and KPI frameworks for brand initiatives.
- Drive campaign ROI measurement and enhance analytical capabilities.
- Manage team development, talent growth, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a Master’s degree in marketing or business administration and at least 15 years of senior executive level experience in a multinational organization. A deep understanding of the luxury environment, exceptional leadership, analytical skills, and a digital mindset are essential.
