Job Description

Media Project Manager Intern at Cartier

This full-time internship, starting in July 2026 for a duration of 6 months, offers a stimulating professional experience within Cartier's Communications Department. Located in Paris, 8th arrondissement, you will join an international environment, focusing on media planning and coordination for a prestigious Luxury Brand.

Remuneration is up to €1400 gross per month, depending on your level of studies, with benefits including access to private sales, telework options, and 50% coverage of travel expenses.

What We Offer:

As part of the International Media team, you will play a crucial role in the Media planning & coordination of activations across all global markets. With continuous support from your manager, you will monitor media activities worldwide and serve as the primary referent for creative media coordination. This involves ensuring markets receive the correct assets at the opportune moment for their campaigns, through strong collaboration with creative communication teams.

Key Responsibilities:

MEDIA PLANNING & COORDINATION
  • Participate in developing media guidelines by acquiring in-depth knowledge of Cartier's collections and campaign ambitions.
  • Ensure market creative needs are met for impactful activations.
MEDIA CREATIVE COORDINATION
  • Prepare dedicated briefs for assets and texts for HQ creative teams, aligning with media objectives, marketing needs, and market requirements.
  • Closely monitor asset delivery with relevant teams to guarantee a smooth launch of campaigns.
  • Regularly inform markets about upcoming assets using the ad panorama.
  • Act as the primary contact for Cartier's creative communications teams and external creative partners (adaptation and translation agencies), managing relationships and exchanges.
MEDIA & LUXURY BENCHMARK
  • Conduct regular benchmarks of Luxury & Tech activations to enrich creative briefs and strategies.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate in their final year of business school or undertaking a gap year. You should be curious, meticulous, and possess strong analytical, deductive, project management, and communication skills. Dynamic, responsive, and a team player, you must be eager to explore the world of Jewellery & Watches. Fluency in both written and spoken English and French is essential. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is also required.
