Job Description
Overview of the Role
Within the Brand Image department, you will coordinate the post-production of communication projects (advertising, digital, press, etc.) at an international level, working with internal teams and communication agencies.
Main Responsibilities Are As Follows
- Photo and Video Post-Production: You will be in charge of photo and video post-production, providing your expertise in this field according to the Maison's specificities, in coordination with relevant project managers.
- Content Planning: You will also manage the post-production schedules for content, aligning with the brand's long-term orientations.
- Agency Coordination: As an agency coordinator, you will oversee the agency's post-production work across various productions (advertising, OOH, cinema, digital, etc.).
- Project and Budget Management: You will build and manage project post-production schedules and budgets jointly with project managers.
- Pre-Production Assurance: You will ensure, upstream of shoots/filming, that production will facilitate all deliverables according to the Maison's technical specifications.
- Post-Production Workflow: You will manage the different post-production stages (retouching, layout, format variations, etc., until delivery) with the communication agency and project managers, while guaranteeing schedules are met.
- Campaign Validation: Once media campaigns are delivered to the agency that handles format adaptations for the markets, you will ensure the validation of adaptations that deviate from pre-validated guidelines.
Profile
You hold a higher education degree in Communication, business school, or university, and possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency, retouching studio, or production company, having managed similar projects for a luxury brand.
You are endowed with a creative, luxury, and artistic sensibility, and are enthusiastic and dynamic. Curious, you have knowledge and understanding of the graphic chain, digital post-production (film, video production, etc.), and photographic post-production.
Organized, rigorous, and autonomous, you know how to manage priorities and adapt to different stakeholders. Results-oriented and persuasive, you can drive your projects forward by unifying multiple stakeholders. You are also solutions-oriented and adaptable.
