WE WELCOME

Passionate and enthusiastic students curious about seeing & participating in the day-to-day operations and projects of a high-end luxury retail brand in the jewelry, timepiece, fashion, and accessories industry.

YOU ARE

Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as involved in a full range of activities at Richemont and Cartier.

You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.

YOUR MISSION

• Support the Commercial Operations team with day-to-day activities across key pillars such as retail operations & training, retail communication, and project management
• Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of retail policies and procedures, as well as the reorganization of our central document library
• Write weekly content for boutique associates, with editorial responsibilities supporting our internal communication tool
• Support the roadmap of new commercial projects and contribute to the planning, launch & adoption needs of HQ-driven retail activities in North America
• Assist with organizing and tracking multiple activities and projects related to boutique operations and measuring impact, spotting potential opportunities
• Research and visit new concepts, retail stores, and pop ups within the New York competitive landscape to support innovation for boutique front and back of house initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application
• Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as empower and assist others to achieve success
• Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
• Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program
• Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visas for summer internships
• Students are responsible for all arrangements of housing and travel
