Brand Experience Intern at Cartier

As a Brand Experience Intern, you will be fully immersed in Richemont's vibrant organization and unique culture, engaging in a wide array of activities across our prestigious Maisons. You will play a vital role, assisting your dedicated team in executing brand or functional strategies, and contributing to key initiatives and projects that drive development and understanding in areas such as sales, culture, analytics, and service.
Role Overview: Brand Experience Summer Intern
The Cartier Brand Experience Intern will assist the Brand Experience & Events department’s Brand Experience team in day-to-day operations, execution and administrative support to ensure the success of client treatment activations and commercial enhancements. You will provide key support on strategic projects, upkeep organizational tools, contribute to vendor ideation, provide logistical/administrative support and enhance our internal database. This role requires a strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint background and a knack for research. This person must be a team player as they will be multi-tasking with a close-knit team. A creative thinker and solution-oriented candidate would be ideal. Most importantly, we are looking for a candidate who is interested in learning more about the luxury client journey and has a passion for providing exceptional client experiences. This will be a transversal role touching on treatment, operations and hospitality. The Brand Experience Intern will report into the Brand Experience Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Research for upcoming Treatment commercial/cultural moments
- Vendor Contact Sheet upkeep
- Assist in the execution of Commercial/Hospitality projects
- Help formalize documents including power point presentations and excel trackers
- Ideation and brainstorm support (enhancements, artistic elements etc.)
- Logistics support (ordering pages, calligraphers, engravers, supplies etc.)
- Administrative and adhoc support as needed (shipping, ordering supplies, booking conference rooms etc.)
- Gift Closet, Archive Cabinet and Book Library Organization
- On-site support as needed for Treatment-related activation (NYC)
About the Brand Experience Team
Brand Experience is a team within the Brand Experience & Events Department. We work transversally with internal and external partners to support Cartier’s business by elevating the client journey. Through communication and strategic alignment, we liaise with key stakeholders to ensure one-of-a kind client treatments that are cohesive with our branding, standards and client data. The Brand Experience team is responsible for the operations, procurement, logistics and execution of pristine client treatments including: gifting, experiences, enhancements and hospitality for clients of all segments.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, pursuing a degree
- Technologically proficient with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- An innovative and proactive thinker, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player, eager to contribute, empower others, and achieve collective success.
- Highly energetic and enthusiastic about supporting diverse projects and initiatives.
- Available to commit to a full-time schedule throughout the entire duration of our Summer Internship Program from June 1st to August 7th.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note: International students must possess a current work visa; Richemont North America does not sponsor work visas for summer internships.
- Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program.
