The Challenges
As the Product & Marketing Manager for Carta in Europe, you will:
- Bridge product development and market adoption with compelling narratives.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Align messaging across sales, product, and regional teams.
- Develop GTM strategies for new product launches.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Equip internal teams to effectively promote the product.
- Establish Carta’s fund admin software as a key offering in Europe.
The Team & Culture
Join a London-based marketing team that supports Carta's brand growth across Europe. Work closely with global teams on various initiatives from paid campaigns to content projects. This role offers a chance to experiment, learn, and push boundaries in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
About You
You likely have 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS fintech or related fields. Proven skills in demand generation, brand marketing, and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Effective communication and the ability to influence from senior leadership to sales representatives are key to succeeding in this role.
