Healthcare AI Product Manager

We are seeking a Healthcare AI Product Manager to drive innovation across a portfolio of enterprise healthcare B2B products. The role involves working with technology startups, healthcare data and workflows, machine learning, and large language models.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Market Understanding: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product strategy and roadmap. Identify trends in healthcare data, interoperability, and AI-driven analytics.

Product Creation & Lifecycle Management: Lead cross-functional product development from ideation to launch. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX/UI teams and manage both new and legacy products.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with UX, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Serve as a subject matter expert in customer meetings and industry events.

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market: Develop launch plans, value propositions, messaging, and create marketing collateral and demos. Support strategic accounts, RFPs, and sales calls.

Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Define and analyze key performance indicators to iterate and improve product features. Maintain a feedback loop with customers.

What You’ll Need

Product Management Experience: 4+ years in enterprise healthcare software product management and proven "0 to 1" product launch experience.

Healthcare Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of clinical data elements, EHR products, and related workflows.

Technical & AI Fluency: Experience with AI applications in healthcare, including LLMs and other machine learning algorithms, along with strong critical data analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LLM or AI/ML-powered healthcare applications, familiarity with clinical registries and abstraction tools, and startup work experience.

The target wage range is $105,000 – $117,800 annually based on skills and experience. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States and reside within the continental US.
