Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in Cars Commerce products and share knowledge with customers.
- Achieve individual and team service level goals.
- Track and document customer inquiries and resolutions in SalesForce.com.
- Escalate issues to Tier 2 Support, Product, and Technical Support teams.
- Assist dealers, consumers, and internal customers with various tasks.
- Perform additional duties to support the success of the Customer Support Team and Operations Department.
Required Skills & Experience
A strong customer focus, excellent communication, problem solving and time management skills are essential. Experience in customer service or related industries is preferred. Familiarity with MS Office, Windows, and online media tools is an advantage.
