About Carrefour Property

Carrefour Property, a subsidiary of the Carrefour group, owns the real estate assets of hypermarkets and supermarkets for the brand in France. As such, it also manages, within the framework of mandates, the shopping centers adjacent to these food outlets. Within Carrefour Property, the Real Estate Department aims to develop and enhance the Carrefour group's assets.We are looking for a: Chef de projet Data & Performance RSE F/HAs part of our various mandates, Carrefour Property Management is strengthening its energy transition steering. The challenge is to transform the raw data from our sites into reliable performance indicators. The work-study student will be at the heart of this strategy, bridging financial management, data analysis (Data), and environmental expertise to meet the 3 major pillars of the mandate's CSR mission.Team of 4 people.🎯 Your MissionsA. Data & Reporting Management (Reliability)

• Dashboard Development: Participate in the creation and automation of dashboards under Qlik Sense dedicated to CSR performance.
• Mandate Reporting: Prepare quarterly and annual indicators for clients (Consumption, energy savings, etc.).
• Consistency Check: Ensure that billing data (Finance) matches meter and sub-meter readings (Technical).

B. Energy Exploitation Analysis (Performance)

• Tertiary Decree: Animate and ensure the reliability of consumption data collection for input into the OPERAT platform.
• DPE & Taxonomy Monitoring: Manage the exhaustive inventory of Energy Performance Diagnoses (validity, renewal) for the entire portfolio.
• Fluid Monitoring: Analyze sub-metered data to detect water leaks or consumption drifts (water, electricity, and gas) in real-time.

C. Operational Consulting & Audit (Support)

• Support for Site Managers: Provide consulting to managers to help them interpret their indicators and optimize their operations.
• BREEAM In-Use Certification: Actively participate in audits (document collection, performance proofs, site visits).
• Regulatory Watch: Ensure compliance with the various energy performance items expected within the mandates.

👥 Your Profile

• Education: Student in Bac+3 minimum (Licence Pro, Master 1 or 2) in Management, Business School, or Engineering (specializing in Real Estate, Data, or CSR).
• Excellent command of Excel (Pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Aptitude for Business Intelligence tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI).
• Sensitivity to the challenges of sustainable buildings and energy efficiency.
• Analytical rigor and taste for numbers.
• Interpersonal skills for consulting with operational staff.
• Autonomy and initiative.
