Role Overview

The Lead Project Analyst, Accounting is based in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. You will manage multiple multi-functional projects, document findings, communicate project status updates to upper management, and facilitate resolution or mitigation plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project management for financial impact areas.
  • Coordinate design, testing, and implementation with cross-functional teams.
  • Document policies, procedures, and maintain project artifacts.
  • Provide training and support to operations staff onboard ships.
  • Implement and enhance SoX & internal controls.
  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing multi-functional collaborative workflows.
  • Ability to drive improvements in financial reporting and processes.
  • Strong skills in scope, risk, and issue management.
  • Expertise in documenting policies and procedures.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States required.
  • Transition to new Miami, FL headquarters beginning in 2028.
