Role Overview
The Lead Project Analyst, Accounting is based in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. You will manage multiple multi-functional projects, document findings, communicate project status updates to upper management, and facilitate resolution or mitigation plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management for financial impact areas.
- Coordinate design, testing, and implementation with cross-functional teams.
- Document policies, procedures, and maintain project artifacts.
- Provide training and support to operations staff onboard ships.
- Implement and enhance SoX & internal controls.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
Requirements
- Experience in managing multi-functional collaborative workflows.
- Ability to drive improvements in financial reporting and processes.
- Strong skills in scope, risk, and issue management.
- Expertise in documenting policies and procedures.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States required.
- Transition to new Miami, FL headquarters beginning in 2028.
