Role Overview: Experiential Learning and Study Abroad Program Coordinator
This role, reporting primarily to the Director of Experiential Learning and secondarily to the Head of LCAL, supports the Experiential Learning Program and LCAL study abroad initiatives.
- Coordinate the Community Engagement Fellowship program
- Develop and manage study abroad programs
- Advise students on experiential learning opportunities
- Engage community partners and coordinate pre-departure orientations
- Support scholarship distribution and billing resolutions
- Assist with college-wide events promoting experiential learning
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in community engaged learning or study abroad. Must demonstrate strong communication, organization, and project management skills. Commitment to equity-focused practices is essential. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends is required.
