About the Role

As our Digital Product Manager with focus on E-Commerce, you’ll step into a role with purpose, growth, and real impact. You will join our Web Product team to shape the evolution of Carly’s digital commerce experience and directly influence our mission to empower car owners worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and solve key user pain points using surveys, heatmaps, A/B testing, and analytics.
  • Own and manage the E-Commerce product backlog with clear user stories.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Data, and Customer Support.
  • Ensure QA for essential flows and maintain clean, documented releases.
  • Monitor and report on metrics using GA4, Mixpanel, and BI tools.
  • Continuously optimize E-Commerce processes and team feedback loops.
  • Explore innovations like personalization and dynamic pricing.

Profile

  • 4+ years managing digital products.
  • 2+ years in an E-Commerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, Mixpanel, Tableau or similar tools.
  • Expertise in backlog management and writing user stories in tools like Jira.
  • Excellent collaboration and clear communication skills.
  • Familiarity with conversion funnel analytics and CRO strategies.
  • Experience with QA and digital platform release workflows.
  • Knowledge of personalization engines in digital commerce.
  • Fluency in English (C1); German is a plus.
