You will be responsible for individual phases of the M&A process with direct contact to our clients. You will create and structure investment memorandums. You will perform company valuations using relevant methods. You will analyze the relevant drivers in specific sectors and create industry/sector analyses. You will contribute your personality to our team and advance our Junior Analysts with your expertise.What We Offer

A university degree completed with "very good" (with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or similar). Three to five years of professional experience in Investment Banking / Transaction Services / Accounting / Strategy Consulting. Outstanding analytical, conceptual, and communication skills (fluent in German and English). Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. A likeable personality with strengths and weaknesses who values teamwork.Join Our Team!
