Overview

Carlsberg Group is seeking a Group Strategy Manager to lead its new growth strategy, Accelerate Sail. This role is vital in transforming Carlsberg and igniting future growth by driving high impact projects and delivering strategic insights to the ExCom team.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Group Strategy Manager is responsible for ensuring Carlsberg stays on course with its Accelerate Sail strategy, executing high impact projects, supporting the M&A agenda, and redefining corporate strategy.

  • Oversee strategy execution for Accelerate Sail
  • Deliver ExCom sponsored, high impact projects
  • Support M&A and inorganic growth initiatives
  • Lead annual strategy review processes

What We’re Looking For

Candidates must have 2-4 years of strategy consulting or M&A advisory experience, preferably in FMCG. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. An MBA or graduation from a leading university is highly regarded.
