About the Role

As the Accounts & Administration Assistant, you will support our Finance team by managing accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping using Xero, expense processing via Dext, payroll, and HR administration through Rippling. You will also assist in month-end and year-end processes and support ad-hoc finance and administrative projects, including work with group companies in the USA and Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily finance operations including accounts payable and receivable
  • Use Xero for bookkeeping, invoicing, and reporting
  • Process expense claims through Dext
  • Assist with payroll and HR tasks via Rippling
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
  • Support month-end and year-end financial processes
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and documentation
  • Assist with finance duties for group companies in the USA and Spain
  • Contribute to ad-hoc finance and admin projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in finance or administrative roles
  • Experience with Xero, Dext, and Rippling highly desirable
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, reliable, and adaptable self-starter
