About Carhartt WIP
Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals. Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past three decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.
For our office in Berlin (Kreuzberg), we're looking for a Content Designer.
Your Responsibilities as a Content Designer
- Support our editorial team in Berlin
- Design content for social media, website, and DTC channels
- Develop strategies, visual concepts, and micro-campaigns
- Create graphic assets for social media and CRM
- Design email campaigns, landing pages, and website visuals
- Collaborate closely with the creative team and work hand in hand with the Art Director
- Contribute actively new ideas, challenge the status quo, and actively participate in creative discussions
- Take ownership of projects from concept to execution
Your Profile
- Several years of work experience in (digital) editorial design, as well as in developing visual concepts and identities
- Strong interest and proven experience not only in visual/graphic design, but also in content creation and storytelling
- Excellent skills in common design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Good understanding of After Effects and general animation techniques
- Detail-oriented and confident in handling and maintaining visual assets with precision
- Open-minded, curious, and eager to explore new creative approaches
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working in close partnership with our creative team
- Good communication skills both internally and externally
- Deep understanding of our brand and the market situation
- Enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of street culture, fashion, technology, and innovative design
- Fluent in English and German
